(for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere) perhaps a Mid Summer swap might be in order for those desirous of swapping. I was thinking open genre but possibly themed for summer somehow. Opinions? (poll to come) --- Edit!!! Ok We are having a Mid-Summer Swap! According to our poll (above) as of the 4th of July we're dead set between the July options. So I'm declaring it on the 13th of July (so as not to interfere with the Non-Fiction Swap) Theme: Summery. Genre is open. Your book must have a connection to summer. Bonus virtual gummy bookmarks if it has "Mid-Summer" in the title or as the topic. (Shakespeare's play A Midsummer Nights Dream is right out though. teasing ) I'm considering holding this to a maximum of 10-12 participants so we don't get spill into autumn or something. But we'll see how many come out to play. It is Summer after all. As always suggestions, feedback, ~~gifts delivered to my door~~.. er opinions welcome! Sign-ups will commence! Participants so Far 1. Posts: 2,622 Group: Members Member #132 Joined: January 17, 2007	This might be a little challenging but what about books that have some sort of "summery" theme word in the title, such as Sun, Beach, Hot, Vacation, Warm, Fun, Lemonade, etc. (we can stretch it as much as we want!) - any word that applies to summer ....

Actually, I live in Texas. Due to the economy, I have been making many fewer business trips this year than last. And, right now, I have none scheduled for the month of July.

Then we shouldn't overlap and it gives us a week to pick books out. (also allows for the holiday weekend for those off partying ) Looks like there are at least eight folks wanting to play..
