 I got two books today from blaise for my BallySwappers month (December):

The Awakening by Kate Chopin - I read this many years ago and have thought about rereading it. Guess this is my sign that I should do so.

Jingo by Terry Pratchett - I have a copy in my PC so I'll be using this copy probably for a VBB :whistle:

Corbin will be 8 in a few weeks. Before Magic Tree House, he would not read for fun. But he asked for Magic Tree House books for Christmas. I'll give up grocery money to get him those books if it will get him to enjoy reading! :D Now, he's actually picking up books to read for fun, like the Narnia series.

Cirque Du Freak #2, The Vampire's Assistant arrived from NMZ recently ... the pic on the cover is so exciting for a horror/paranormal lover like me that I'm fighting the urge to just read this #2 before I get my hands on #1!
