I had planned to mail out the m-bag the first of May, but I'm a bit anxious that the proposed U.S. postal rate increase will go into effect with little or no notice. And I want to be sure to get the cheap surface m-bag rate, if, as proposed, that rate is eliminated.

FYI, it won't go into effect before May as per this page:

"In addition to the product changes, we are restructuring international mail prices. The international changes would become effective when we change our domestic prices in May 2007."

Thanks for that. I surfed around for news for a voting date and/or results on the proposed changes, and I saw references to rate increases in "Spring 2007" and other non-specific phrases that set off alarms with me. I too have seen the May 2007, May 6, 2007 dates ... and I became a bit anxious, justified or not :huh:

BTW, please feel free to pass along anything you might have for AmberKatze or Rianonne in the Club Vlad rings. I noticed you are offering series/spirals, etc. (The previous m-bag took two months + two weeks.)
