Title: smilie not in the right spot
Description: (I really think it's me.. but jic)

Ok... when I click to add a smilie from the "clickable Smilies" box on the left, it does fine.. BUT when I open the window to view them all, it doesn't put the smilie where my cursor is. It puts it at the end. of the post. I would assume it wouldn't really matter much, except that I end up typing the whole message before I forget what I'm gonna say, then insert the smilies later when i can stop and look for them. When I use the ones in the firefox window it does it as well, so... is it me, this site, firefox, or something else.... anyone know?

You know... I have that trouble with formatting things. And occasionally with the smilies in the 'clickable Smilies" box.

It drives me nuts. I'll want to insert a URL or image earlier in the post, and it puts it at the end. I can't highlight text and have it format it bold or italic, 'cause it'll just put a bold tag at the end. I've taken to doing all my coding manually, even the smilies.

It does that to me with the "quote" function... I figured it was just a normal thing.

Everything goes to the end when I add something. Smilie, bold, color, img, and everything else. I just cut and paste it where it belongs. A pain but better than having to remember all the code and typing them out. :P

Well, I know enough HTML that it's easier for me to just type it. I get annoyed at it putting it at the end. It should put it where my cursor is.

Stupid thing. :angry2: :angry2: :angry2: :angry2:

I hear your pain... a rich text editor would fix this but there isn't one available for the current forum unfortunately. :( (Don't worry, if we eventually move things over to my server in 6 months time or so, rich text editor will be a requirement! :D )
