Sure! I'm going to post a thread very soon to get us started.
I find the best thing to do is watch the swap for a bit to learn. There is one going on that's a chick lit one right now I think. You could go over there and read to learn.
But the main points are this.
You get 12 hours to take your turn (but us obsessees are here more frequently than every 12 hours).
You must send the book that you are going to choose to reveal to at least one other person through a PM.
When it's your turn you can either ask for someone to reveal a book to you, or you can "steal" a book from someone else. You're not allowed to steal a book that was just stolen from you. This goes on until everyone's book has been revealed!
