The local chapter of the AAUW has just chosen Joshilyn Jackson's Between Georgia as a community read. I'm so excited. I've already read the book, but I'm looking forward to her visit to our county in May to discuss the book with the community.

I just finished Between, Georgia 30 minutes ago and I really enjoyed it. I have Gods in Alabama coming to me from bookmooch.

I loved Gods in Alabama so much! I haven't read Between Georgia yet, but it is on my wishlist/books I'm getting from the library because I just can't wait to find it another way!

The two books were really different, but I loved them both. She's working on a book now that sounds great also. She also has a blog that I enjoy reading. I think she's kinda funny. Here's a link in case you'd like to check it out.

Thanks for the link, Meshe!
The gals on another book board voted her first book, Gods in Alabama, as a monthly group read - it was excellent! And Between, Georgia was just as charming and unique :D
