Is there a way to get this back? It's great to have when you're having a swap to see when they last posted and what they said. Right now only thing you can see are the topics they started which doesn't help at all.
Oh and I still miss View New Posts they way it was set up over at BR. Probably cost extra for both of these though. *le sigh*

I think that we'd have to upgrade the forum in order to do that, but there are several features I really miss that I'm hoping we can do something to get those back down the road, but gotta see what all is involved cost-wise and such.

The most expensive cost involved in having a full-featured forum would normally be the bandwidth for the server. However, since I own my own co-located server, we can avoid that cost and only if it gets to be too much per month would I have to kick in some of the costs. Otherwise, the other gal who co-owns it with me pays for it while I do the management of it.

The thing is, it's got outdated SQL and php and until I get all the software on it updated, it's not really a good option. So I'm hoping that by 6 months from now, I'll have that all straightened out and we can move things there.

Of course, if I wanted this done sooner instead of later, I'd need to pay the techs $150/hour to get everything updated for me, and I just don't have that kind of cash. And I doubt people would want to contribute that much, so I didn't really put it out there as an option... :unsure:
