Just a friendly reminder to all participants in the VBBs.
I have noticed several books lately that have no info in their BookCrossing journals. Please take a few minutes to make sure that any books that you have in the boxes or that you are placing in the boxes have at least a short blurb letting everyone know what the book is about. I know that I personally, am less likely to choose a book out of the box if there is no info on what the book is about when I click the bookcrossing link for the book and we all want our books picked so that we do not have to keep replacing them.

Yes that does help a lot. I usually try to make sure there's a summary of it in the JE. ALthough sometimes it's hard to find one for books online and I loathe to copy it from the back of the book or inside of the jacket flap. Sometimes there isn't even a description on the book but review quotes.
