Well, I always do something fairly drastic when I do anything to my hair and when I think to do anything I have to do it THAT DAY or else I'll change my mind, so today I went and got it all lopped off. These aren't real great pics, but you can kinda see. I really hate the face shot of me, but oh well...





Oh... and the curls aren't natural so unless I can get the curling iron to finally play fairly with me :shedevil: , it may never look as cute again! <_<

I like it Sand! I'm becoming more partial to shorter hair after many years of waist length or longer. I let it grow for about two years then I whack it all off to about shoulder length. I gave up on styling and perms years ago. My hair is poker straight and it's never going to be anything but that.

I love the length and for the curls, you could go to school to learn how to use it and if you do, tell me where ! I hate when you go to the hairdresser and they do something amazing that you will never ever be able to reproduce at home because of I am clueless!

I thought that too - My hair was straight as a board for years until more recently it's started to get kind of wavy .... not sure if it's due to my last cut, age, hormones or what!

Okay, so I decided to see what my hair would do with just a round brush this morning and I think it actually looks pretty good without me curling it (but I will try to curly it at least half of the time :wink: ) Anyway, I took a new picture with my phone of me attempting to curl it a couple of days ago and again today with the round brush. I think the one where I tried to curl it is pretty scary myself as it seems to be going everywhere! :blink:

I want to see how it looks really straight tho. I look scary with straight hair (it happens only very rarely cos it is so much hard work - like an hour at the hairdresser just to do the straight bit) but you seem to suit both curly and straight!
