YAY!!!! The list.

Okay not trying to be a pain, but would it be possible for someone to trade months with me. December is my birthday month and it seems like with the holidays and birthday and stuff I get everything in one month. I have tried for years to get my mom to switch months to celebrate my birthday and she won't budge. If it causes a problem to switch then don't worry about switching.

Nursiegirl, I can be the point person for your month to keep track of what books everyone is sending you if you want.

Hey yourotherleft! Are you ok with being up first? I saw in the other thread you were moving in March. If you have your new address, it would be fun to get a bunch of books at your new place right away! Otherwise, I'd offer to switch with you, but I'm moving in March, too!

I think it would be fun to be up first...March is my birthday month, too! (and for my birthday I'm giving myself - a big stressful move to a very new place! :huh: ) I know my new address, but I don't want to give it out quite yet as I'm still waiting for my application to the landlord to officially go through. I don't imagine there will be any problem, but it would be awkward if I gave out the new address and didn't actually get a place in the house! :whistle: The good news is, even if books come to my current address, my parents still live here, so the books would most certainly find their way to me by way of them, as a worst case scenario. So...as soon as I know that my new address is definitely my new address, I'll be sure to let everyone know. Until then, it's safe to send books to my current address in Bloomsburg, PA (and if they get here by March 1st or 2nd I'll still be here to intercept them before I move on March 3rd or 4th! No pressure or anything though! ;) ).

Can every one let us know where their wishlists are located? I've just looked at everyone who has one on Cliff's site but since some are short or non-existant I am thinking you have a list elsewhere?

I have lists on Cliff's site and Amazon, though Amazon contains more than just books.

I have lists on cliff's and bookmooch. I am chambejd on bookmooch as well. Lots of my wishlist books on bookmooch haven't made it to cliffs yet.

I have mine on paperbackswap and Cliff's is now up to date for the most part! LOL

Mine is on Cliff's. I have a very tiny w/l(2 books) on paperback swap but I do have a few in the reminders (don't know if you can see those or not). Sand can also help with ideas, since it's all her fault that I took up reading after a 25 year absence. I need to update my list after yesterday's shopping adventure. but I still got a few months. I am working soon on getting my bookshelf together. I also have a list on listology of what I have read.

PS Rannie: I'm already preparing for April. So if you want to make any additions to your wishlist..... :whistle: :P

I will work on putting together a longer one, maybe on Amazon... will let you know. Since I am Chapter 12, I have some time to get it together!

My wishlist is on Cliff's. I try to keep it the size that it is because I like to limit it to books that I'm 98% sure I (or my sister) won't buy and books that I'm experimenting with. I'm Chapter 11 so I have some time too. :c) But I'll put up a favorites list in the thread within a week.

Is there a place we can list our non-wish list? like genre or authors we really don't like? I don't mind books outside of wishlist, there are so many new authors and books to be introduced to, but there are certainly stuff that I am not particularly interested in.

Anyhoo, I think it's a good idea to update your favorites thread with that information. That way it's always in the same place. I kind of noted that kind of thing in my own, favorite genres, and with paranormals, the less romance the better.

Rannie - Have you taken your wishlist down from Cliff's? I thought I saw it there last week but today its not coming up. I am trying to decide what to send you for April.

I thought I'd number them as they come in and open them in order starting April 1st. Lovemylife gets first place as hers has already arrived. I can't wait for April!
