It appears that I am responsible for a lot of lost books :(
As well as the 2 from the romance VBB that never arrived, 3 ring books that I mailed have also gone missing and I'm sure there are other books I have sent that have never been journalled.
I think that the padded envelopes I was using must have been coming unstuck - I know the sweeps book I sent to Karendawn never arrived - only the empty envelope. Since then I have been adding extra tape but books sent before that may have been vulnerable.
So if you were expecting a book from me and it never arrived, please let me know and I will try and replace it.
The ones I know about are
Staying At Daisy's - Noumena (Romance VBB)
Pants On Fire - Fantasy (Romance VBB)
The 3 Beauty Books - Candieb (ring)
And I think McCarthy's Bar may have gone missing as well - this was going to Lauren from a swap.
Please let me know of any others and I am so sorry this has happened. :(

Indeed something bad is happening with UK post. Namely for the first time book deal (it was RABCK) in which I was involved failed. It was book I ordered from UK to a friend in USA and (bloody Murphy!) it was very important because she was moving on the other side of the planet and the book was about her new (unknown) country :(

No worries, Camis... stuff happens, like I said in my note, don't worry about the beauty books, they were very very near the end anyway and the last person doesn't seem overly upset.

Oh that's right Camis. I never received McCarthy's Bar.
Don't worry about it though. Unfortunately stuff like this happens.
And it's not like I don't have enough books :rolleyes:

Hate it when that happens - and it always seems to happen in a bunch doesn't it? I went through a stage of losing loads :(

Just to update this - I've managed to get another copy of both Staying At Daisy's adn McCarthy's Bar, so they will be going out shortly. Sunny has got Pants On Fire covered for me - thanks :kiss:
