I did and I thought it was absolutely awesome. Christian Bale does an awesome Batman  and Heath Ledger as The Joker, all I have to say is it's a shame he's dead and did not get to see this. He absolutely makes the movie and the part.

I haven't seen it, but I plan to. You may want to edit a spoiler warning into the title of the thread - I'm sure if discussion starts there will be some.

I saw it yesterday at our IMAX theather and it was fantastic! Bale's wierd lips somewhat annoy me when it is the only part of his face that you can see, but Ledger was great!!

Yes!

We had a blast as we went to the drive-in for opening night. Got there early and parked in the front row. Total surround sound from radios and boom boxes all around us. HUGE screen. Full moon and fireflies added to the ambiance.

Christian Bale was both yummy and a good actor.
Heath Ledger was so wacked out and totally believable as the Joker.

I'm not a huge fan of most action movies but this had fabulous, dramatic cinematography and good action within an interesting plot with some meaty issues to ponder or discuss, which is something I love:
(questions blanked to avoid possible spoilers - highlight to read)
Was it really the right thing to refuse to negotiate when there were multiple hospitals or a whole city being threatened?
What about Batman's status as a 'vigilante' or self-appointed judge?
Was Alfred correct in destroying correspondence that was addressed to Bruce?
Would I have chosen to rescue the DA over my girlfriend or boyfriend?
If I were in the position of the people in those boats, how would I vote?
Was Bruce obligated to step in because of Alfred's or other's expectations of him, or would he still be a courageous hero if he stepped down from that role and allowed himself other life goals and family relationships?
Would it be possible for him to have a love relationship and family while remaining in the role of Batman? Many others at risk do - presidents, kings, police officers, firefighters, etc.
etc.
