I'm living on Sat. morning to go to Kansas to visit my family. I partly don't want to and wouldn't able to if my mom didn't send me gas money. It's not that I don't love seeing my mom, brothers, sister in law, niece and nephew but I've been having anxiety issues again and I don't wanna met my mom's boyfriend. :erm: It's her first since my dad died almost 2 years ago. So if I'm not around much this week it's because I'm dealing with my emotions and getting my meds adjusted also. :wacko:

As a member of a blended family- My parents were both married longer to other people than to each other, and I have a wonderful step mother, great step sisters, and and a less than stellar step father, but I figure I'm ahead in the long run. Your Mom's new boyfriend is probably extremely nervous about meeting you. He may never have encountered a Cheesy Giraffe before. :giggle:
