Okay, it looks like we'll be taking July off from the Paranormal Box.

the next round will begin August 1, 2008

I will ask for books to be reviewed and confirmed starting July 25th, 2008

You may use books that you currently have in the box for other purposes!

If you do this, please provide replacements for them by the book confirmation period (you may do so immediately upon use if you wish)! I will start a new thread on July 25th for confirmation, for us to check off and switch out books in the box as needed, then we will start fresh with a new thread on August 1.

ANY BOOKS THAT ARE NOT CONFIRMED BY THE BEGINNING OF THE ROUND WILL BE HELD OUT OF PLAY UNTIL THEY ARE CONFIRMED.

Everyone get to reading and get caught up and get new books read so we can come back and be crazy active! :lol:

Well I don't have any books in the box currently and I am not playing till I get caught up on my Owed TBR. But it sounds fine to me. :giggle:

Well, I wanted to play this round, but I suppose I'm as fine with it as I'm going to be. I appreciate the ability to use my book that I had requested elsewhere.

Sounds great! I only owe a few books for swaps/vbb's, but I'd much rather play with AVL's than TBR's.

So I'll get to reading a few paranormals I can add to this box! :lol:

It really didn't matter much either way to me. This way I have a little time to try to read some books to stick in the box come August.

Yup works fine... you know how back logged I still am, not just with reading but everything in my life right now, so putting one more thing on hold is perfectly fine by me. :grin:

However, there's one part I didn't understand, your comment about books having to be confirmed? What's that mean? :thinking:

Well, since she's letting us take our own books out to use elsewhere if we desire (as long as we replace them with another paranormal book), we'll have to confirm that the list is still accurate when we start up again.

And I alreay have some new books I am able to put in the box when it will start.

and, with taking longer than normal between rounds, there's more chance of people forgetting that they'd put it in there and using it for something else.

Yes - good idea. July is a crazy month for me - with a beach trip in the middle of the month - skipping July works for me.

Sounds like a plan to me. Maybe I can knock out a few paranormal books for the next round. My completion of books speed has increased over the last 2 weeks, maybe I can knock out one or two by then. The reading challenge is almost done. WOO HOO!
