Can't post to the Out of Play list, and I have no idea what's going on. Looks like the thread has been closed, but I have no idea why in the world that's happened.
Anyway, I'll update the db, but I've received Stray, Fred #1 and Fred #2.

Is this another rule I missed? Seriously, I cannot keep track of anything lately...

the VBB out of play threads are being moved over into the owed book database.

Once they get all transfered over, the threads are being locked

LOL It will all get a lot easier soon. Really the only new Rule is that if you owe books from more than 6 months you need to stop playing till you are caught up.
While the changeover to the database is confusing now, I think that once it is completed folks will find it much easier then having a separate thread for each VBB. Everything will all be in one central location.

It has been closed because it is all in the database now. We will not be maintaining an out of play list any more because we can filter the database to see what people owe. :) Just make your changes there, or ask a forum mod if you need help!

That caught me off guard too when I was trying to post my mailings today. So how will we post when we have mailed and received books??

You just go to the database and log in. Hit the edit button next to the book you have mailed/received and edit it to show the status.

It really is wonderful once you get used to it. :D

A couple of my books didn't come up, I think it's because it's from the current session, maybe???

I hope someone will post the directions on how to sign up/log in, because when I tried to update a mailing it wouldn't let me. When I clicked on the sign in this is looked like I was signing up to create my own db. I'm confused now, but then again it's almost 2:30 am so that's not unusual.

You will need to register with zoho smilin and then you will be able to edit :)

I thought I'd posted in all the out-of-play threads before I closed them, saying that all the data had been transferred to the Database and updates have to be done there going forward. Sorry if I missed doing this on any of them.....

BTW: ALL the VBBs have now been integrated into the database.
