Having put 6 books into the box just a few weeks ago, I'm going to skip.

Note that this is the first time I've skipped in any of the VBBs that I participate in. It feels quite strange.

I know what you mean Elsi but I randomized, and it's hard to do it in a way that is fair but doesn't make for some drastic moves! Look where I landed :lol:

I wasn't complaining!

I was surprised -- but I do understand that the list needs to be rearranged from time to time.

I really hated to pass because I've been distressed that so much of the activity in the VBBs that I've been participating in has been simply replacing books that have been too long in the box. Again, I understand the reason for this is so that unwanted books are removed and replaced. But with so many people passing on their turns (and you can go back and read through some of the VBB rounds to see this in action), there may be only a dozen books actually being *swapped* even though 2 or 3 times that many are newly placed in the box. I just hate to perpetuate the pattern.

Next round, though! Watch out for this swapping fiend.

Yessss it kind of goes through phases doesn't it - at the moment I know I have an eye on the TBRs and am only taking books out I need to have :lol:
