Title: Microsoft word help

nvangel2073 - April 27, 2008 06:09 PM (GMT)
I'm trying to cut and past things into my word and it always says I exceed the limit, but sometimes it's only like a sentince or 2. I've never had this problem with my other computer.

Thanks In Advance
Merisa

Well, the first thing I would do is open your clipboard (Edit --> Office Cllipboard) and clear it out if there's anything in it. Not knowing anything else, my initial guess is that it's full.

I can't find it. Does it matter that I have Vista

do you have Office 2007? If so, try looking under the Home tab, the first box on the left hand side is the clipboard - click on the little arrow on the bottom right, and that will open up your clipboard and you'll be able to see if it is full or not.

If that doesn't help try using the Word Help to figure out what the problem is.

Sorry, I have no experience with Works at all. It's a completely different program than Word. :(

I have works but it is on my desktop and I'm on my lappie right now. I'll have a look tomorrow and see.

I checked it out. And there is not much of a difference. the edit button for copy and paste is in the upper left hand corner.

I know I'm not much help. The works I have is a suite that is from 2006 so word is there for me to use.

I hope you get it working sorry .
