Title: Any Lisa Williams fans here?
Description: or John Edwards?

CdnBlueRose - April 15, 2008 01:17 AM (GMT)
I'm SO excited - I just got tickets to see Lisa Williams in June! I think she's awesome - and I really love John Edwards too - hope to see him someday too!

Just wondered if anyone else here is a fan of either or both? :bananadance:

I'm embarrassed to say I have no idea who either of the people are. Are they singers?

They are clairvoyants/psychics.... they both have TV shows:

Lisa Williams - My Life Among the Dead
John Edwards Crossing Over

Oh I have heard of John Edwards! :duh:  That's cool Rosie! I myself am kind of leery of Psychics but I believe there are a few real Psychics out there.

I've read one of JE's books, and used to watch his show sometimes when I still lived at home. He seemed interesting, hard to decide if he's for real or not, but wouldn't count him out! I haven't heard of Lisa though.

I've actually counted him out and consider him a total fraud. I've seen his show on WE several times and he definitely uses leading questions to gather information before making his supposed "predictions". IMO, Sylvia Brown is much more accurate and authentic when it comes to "commercialized" psychics.

I haven't seen Lisa yet, I've seen John.. and I kinda thought he was too.

Part of it I guess is that "information" if you will comes to different people in different ways. A lot of it is somewhat the same. Just how that person links into it... (Kinda hard to explain.)

I can't do it with others around me too much. It's like I pick up on too much energy to tune into one thing. If its someone I love and trust and have known for a while that is with me, then I can. Like if it's my mom or sister or something. And I can't tap into stuff.. its kinda like they tap into me if you will. My ability is mainly a medium. The people I tap into more are strangers in places new to me. Like the ghost town of Dokesville, OK when I visit there, or family. I've had more talks with my cousin Paul Wayne after he died than I did before. (He died when I was in my early teens.) He was gay, no one ever really knew in the family until he died, and now that I'm older we have a connection there. He's even given me the "oh honey I've always known." lol

Anyway point is my mom pretty much gets it the same kinda way I do, just different versions. Some times the stuff I get is really vague, sometimes it's to the point. Just varries. I believe that others have the ability, and I believe others want to have it so bad they think or say they do. For example, my mom's friend wants to have it really bad... but she doesn't, or at least has it very little. She'll say things like she's jelous that mom and I can feel the energies in things like crystals, plants, etc., and she can't. Sometimes she'll say things like I just saw xx or heard xx, and mom and I will just shake our heads, knowing we right there with her and that person isn't there or that wasn't what happened kinda deal, but we just let her go on and don't hurt her feelings.. it's kinda like she makes up stuff to make herself seem more in tune than she is.

I would kinda wanna deal with other one on one before tho.. so Rosie.. I would love to be in your shoes. I would love to get to go to one of those shows! I've only been to one physic before, it was a scarborough fair, and she was dead on.. to the point it was scary. Predicted when I would have kids, the downfall of my husband the whole deal.. in extream detail. I just kinda did the um, yeah I wish deal, but it all came true. There are people out there who are the real deal and dang good at what the do.

Have a great time Rosie.. and be sure and tell us all about it!

I would love to go to a show like that but I also would be freaked out if they 'talked' to someone close to me. I had a sign from my Mom just after she passed and was very happy with it but haven't heard anything since. She is probably having a great time and too busy for us down here
