Description: Intl Bookring

My first Book Ring is a non-fiction book, go figure! I rarely read non-fiction, since it usually doesn't hold my attention for long, but this book was very interesting and I want to share it with others.

It is called: Thinking In Pictures: and Other Reports from My Life with Autism by Temple Grandin. http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/5098631
It is not just about autism, it is about the authors views on several life subjects including animal rights, religion and death.

If interested post here and also post your country and mailing preferences.

The rules are the usual: Journal as soon as you get it, 1 month to read and pass it along, if you need more time let me know please, surface mail is fine, PM the next person when you get the book, so you save time getting the address, last person will be someone willing to send to Costa Rica, since I would like to have the book back...I'll post the guidelines in the JE.
Thank you! :)

I have a copy in my PC so won't be joining, but just wanted to add my recommendation! Both this and Grandin's other book (Animals in Translation) are well worth reading.

I'm all in! I'd be most interested to read this book. I'm in Canada... if others sign up, perhaps bump me to the end, because I will ship anywhere in the world so I can send it home to you when it's done.

I have Animals in Translation on Mt. TBR. Is there a better order to read the two? Should I try to bump up Animals to read it before Thinking in Pictures makes its way to me?
