A very good friend of mine is originally from Buffalo, NY and we are taking a train trip there for about a week at the end of May so she can show me all the sights. I don't suppose there's a Meetup planned for sometime around then is there? I'm pretty sure I can talk Morsie into having lunch one day :wink: (which would be worth the trip all by itself!) but it would sure be cool if there were more of us.
So far, we've narrowed it to one of the last two weeks of May. Is there anything going on in Buffalo/Niagara Falls that we should be sure not to miss?

I'm not sure what my travel plans are because that's post-graduation and I have lots of potential plans, but if I'm around I'd love to see you!

Well, it turns out we are both teaching summer school so it's been moved up. Once I hear back from an instructor on the final exam date for my class, if all goes as planned, we'll be in Buffalo April 26-May 2.

Well, now that I've discovered it about $125 round trip from Normal to Buffalo on the train, I might be tempted to travel east more often. I have a sister in Detroit who needs to be visited more often too....
