Sorry Pam, I wanted it to be there by the 1st but between having a cold and these nasty snow covered slippery walking surfaces I have not been near the PO. I'll get it posted soon!

Hey, take care -- it's slippery here too. It's fun having packages arrive anytime so take your time and no rushing, please.
Besides, I've only received the three packages I mentioned in my first post so you won't be the only person where it doesn't arrive by the 1st. I've always figured if it arrives within the month it's good so no worries dear.

Melinda010100 - February 4, 2007 08:46 PM (GMT)
Does anyone have Pams phone number? I would call and see whats up, but can't find her number. ( It was in a message in my old forum pm's)
giz-angel - February 4, 2007 10:08 PM (GMT)
Melinda010100 - February 4, 2007 10:41 PM (GMT)
Thanks so much, Giz!
I just got off the phone with Pyan and she has been having computer 'issues'. She hopes to be back with us tomorrow and was touched that we had been worrying about her. But all is well- or will be once she gets her computer up and running again!
zzz - February 5, 2007 12:59 AM (GMT)
:bananadance:
Thanks Mel
(I was really worried!)
Melinda010100 - February 5, 2007 02:48 AM (GMT)
;) No problem AT ALL! It is always a pleasure to get to talk to Pam on the phone!
Pyan - February 6, 2007 05:00 PM (GMT)
*jumps up and down and waves wildly to all her dear friends*
I'm SO sorry to have worried you, but my computer finally gave up the ghost and the timing was really bad. BUT, now I've got it going again (had to erase the hard disk and start all over, but the recovery disks didn't work properly so I had to call in an expert to assist which meant it all took much, much longer than I would have expected -- bad computer! :bash: ).
As I explained to Melinda I hadn't even opened the packages -- things were crazy at home (what else is new?!  :P ) then the computer crash got me further behind, so I've just opened this morning! :D
I'll be back with a list of all my goodies in a minute. :bananadance: :bananadance: :bananadance:

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. ((((Chronic))))
Take care of yourself; getting assaulted is terrible. Grrr and :whip: to whoever did this to you! Plus,   to make you feel better.
I just opened your package, and see two cool books, one from my wishlist even!
May The Best Man Die by Deborah Donnelly :bananadance:
and
The Pure in Heart by Susan Hill :bananadance:
I need the BCID number for the first one -- it won't accept the one in the book. :(
Thank you! :)
Pyan - February 6, 2007 06:13 PM (GMT)
Okay, just opened my next package -- it's from lmn60, and I received another two books:
Browning Without a Cause by Peter Corris :bananadance:
and
Love Tangle by Helen Townsend :bananadance:
I'm not familiar with either author, but they both look quite interesting. Thank you! :)
Pyan - February 6, 2007 06:18 PM (GMT)
Just opened up Giz' package and inside with a lovely birthday card was another wishlist book!!

Thank you sweetie!

Pyan - February 6, 2007 06:43 PM (GMT)
Just opened another one -- this is from krin511, and it's another wishlist book! :bananadance:
Long Time Gone by J.A. Jance
Thank you, Karen.
I just wanted to mention that you sent it to my old post office box -- just for future reference, everything should be sent to my home address (which is on the RABCK site and on Missy's Fav's site).
I think I'll put it in my sig here as well; I used to have it in my sig on the old relay site, but haven't updated my signature here to include all the information.
Anyway, it made it here safely and I really appreciate it -- unregistered too! :)
Pyan - February 6, 2007 06:52 PM (GMT)
Oh, ANOTHER wishlist book -- From Black Rooms by Stephen Woodworth. :bananadance:
I can't tell who it's from, and the BCID isn't working for me. Another one I need help with so I can thank the right person and journal received. HELP!
Thank you mystery Inkling -- I've been wishing for this last installment in the series for awhile so I'm eager to read it. Love this series!! :)
Pyan - February 6, 2007 06:59 PM (GMT)
Last, but not least -- yet another wishlist book:
State of Fear by Michael Crichton. :bananadance:
Thank you Breeze!!
wss4 - February 6, 2007 07:13 PM (GMT)

Thanks SO MUCH Milan.
I've really wanted to read this for awhile now so it's wonderful to see it sitting here waiting for me. :bananadance:
Sorry to have worried you and the others. I've just had lots of problems with this computer lately and it died at just the time I should have been posting of opening my books. BUT, I think it's all fixed now. Otherwise, I may have to :bash: it!
