The Rules:

(1) I will post a list of books and the order of the box participants on the first of every 2nd month (Sept, Nov, Jan, Mar, May, July).

(2) Each person may take as many books out of the box as they want; however, you must put in the at least the same number of books.

(3) You can choose to skip your turn by not taking any books out of the box and passing the turn on to the next person.

(4) Only books from 1001 books list may be placed in this bookbox. (Asterisks are used to indicate how many rounds a book has been in the bookbox.) To Be Reads are okay but should be marked as such!

(5) You have 48 hours from the time the person before you posts their move in the thread to make your move. If you haven't made your move in that amount of time, you may be moved to the end of the list.

(6) New participants are welcome and can join at any time! If we are in the middle of a round, they will be added to the end of the list.

(7) Once you've taken your turn, please PM the next person to let them know it's their turn. If you can't PM them for some reason, please say so when you post your move, so someone else can!

This is the first (and so far only) VBB that I've joined on BookObsessed so I'm not sure of the rules as such. Is it ok to send books via surface mail or do they need to be sent airmail? I have some books that I'm posting tomorrow and I'd prefer to send them the cheaper way but I wanted to check that this is ok before I do it.
