I just wanted to let those people know that I owe books to still, that they will be going out in the next 2 weeks (or sooner). I have all of them (that are still TBR) packaged and ready, I just havent had the money to get them out faster then a book or two a week.
Our tax check is due back by the 19th, and as soon as it gets here I will have the funds to catch all of them up. :D So Thanks everybody for the patience and just bare with me a week or so more. I didn't forget you ... I promise. :wink:

Those I know I owe with packages ready and waiting to go ...... (If I owe you and your name isn't on one of these two lists - Please drop me a note). :wink: I don't want to accidently forget anyone.

I love photos of other people's bookcases. They are great ways to make me feel normal since I'm amongst other equally obsessed and buried-in-books people. :lol:

I here ya. This would be my TBR "Shelf". I have 5 other shelves in my house for my AVL and Rsvd, and 10 boxes full of my PC. When we moved I lost my 10ft long x 6.5 ft tall built in shelf, so I currently have no where to put them .... yet!

I do have a whole room for my books :giggle: I have 2 walls of floor to almost ceiling bookshelves, one wall of windows with sets of drawers underneath (full of books of course). The 4th wall has my computer desk (which is usually covered in books). I have two large rubbermaid tubs of books in the closet and across the hall in another room, I have all the books I have listed on Bookmooch & PaperbackSwap. Not to mention the boxes of books on the floor.

HOWEVER - only one bookcase (5 shelves) & the rubbermaid tubs & 4 of the drawers are TBRs or TBLT. The others are permanent collection, non-fiction reference or ones to be given away.

Just an update..... The tax check didn't go as far as planned due to the truck repairs being WAY more then we expected ($1,600 :o ) So I am still catching up. However with all the big bills and repairs taken care of by the tax check ... it's going alot faster now.

So far .... I have sent out all my books owed from November and all books owed from December will go out tomorrow. I had planned to do it today, but with hubby having my truck , it was just way to cold to walk (especially carrying a satchel FULL of books - LOL).

January's owed books should start going out next week and hopefully all of Feb's will be on their way by end of March ... excluding a few that are still TBR.

Brat, I know you're trying to be the most efficient in your mailing, so definitely don't feel like you need to rush things to me. You could've waited and sent Drop-Dead Blonde, along with the Wit'ch Storm I received today and sent them both for the same price since they'd still be under a pound. So feel free to hang onto my stuff to send more than one thing at a time to save money. :)

Usually I try to do that, but being as I was so far behind I found the fastest (easiest to keep track of) what I've sent is to just do them by the month.

Once I get caught up again I'll likely go back to doing that. All of December's went out today, so I'm almost caught back up again. :yahoo:

The only ones that are from Nov. or Dec. that haven't gone out yet are .... Undead & Unreturnable to Tribefan (Dec. 12) and it is my next to read.

Rosie I sent a couple of yours out too, still working on the rest. :D

I have all of January ready to go out now too , except .... The Selkie for RebeccalJames & The Woods , also to Rebecca. Those will go out on Monday.

Tribe your "Undead & Unreturnable" is almost done too. I thought it was the 3rd book in the series and it's the 4th..... So, I'm reading the 3rd right now (about 40 pgs left) and then will read it. It should go out sometime next week too. :)

Just an update.

All books owed from January are now enroute. I sent most yesterday and the remaining few will go out today.

Still working on yours CDN - got a couple more to go out soon, just want to squeeze in one or two more before I send it.

I hope to start on February's next week and that shopuld bring me pretty much up to date. I still have a couple from Feb. that are TBR, so they won't go out until later in the month.

I love the pictures of everyone's shelves!! They're wonderful! I would post a pic of mine, but I haven't the foggiest clue where the digital camera got to :lol:

I'll have to remember to come back to this thread to show The GateKeeper these pics next time he decides he wants to talk about "the book issue." :giggle:
