Title: Books Anyone?
CdnBlueRose - February 5, 2008 12:56 AM (GMT)
I anticipate being caught up with my "owed TBR's" by end of February, and then I'll just be working on trades and giveaways. I want to focus on moving books OUT and minimizing those coming IN, so want to work on giveaways rather than swaps and VBB's and such.
I don't know how this will go over here - but I'm inviting any of you to check out my TBR (and AVL but there aren't many there) and post a list of what you're interested in. I'm not going to draw names or anything like that - I'm just going to look at the lists and send what I can. I do want to read a lot of the books first, but I'm reading about 15 books per month now.... Also, if you want chicklit books, I'll be passing most of those on unread as I've found I really don't care for the genre.
Anyway, I'll be starting on this in March, so go ahead and take a look and post lists for me if you wish. I hope some of you do! :) Oh, and make the lists as long as you want!
Edited to add a mailing list to keep track of what's gone out:

I see now that you also have the previous books in these series TBR as well, so I'm not going to hold my breath :giggle:
Oh, not sure how you feel about romance but I really enjoyed The Dark Queen. It is a little more romance-y than HF, in case you weren't sure though, but it's a good story, nonetheless.

And I still hope to see more lists! :)

I'm working my way slowly through the list, and I must take a moment to thank you for always including the synopsis in your journals of books! I often stumble across books that look as though they may be interesting, but have no synopsis posted and therefore I have no clue what they ought to be about! So, thank you.
:vibes:
