I had an envelope arrive yesterday with a return address to "Cupid". I don't know whether to laugh or cry! I can't believe I have to stare at this envelope for so long before I can finally open it. It's going to be torture!! :cry: :rolleyes:

I would think they are indeed the books (plural, hehe) I ordered for you from an online bookseller. The bookseller has a different name on the site I ordered from but I think I recall receiving a package from Paperbackshop when I ordered from the same bookseller recently.

I did ask them to write Valentine Exchange somewhere on the package but they obviously didn't.

So, do not open until February 14!! Or you'll be :whip: :whip: :whip:

No, no! Not anything your fault. It's the post office and the postal workers around here that have given me troubles with packages for the past two months.

This one, just imagine, was actually delivered to a neighbour of mine. And that wouldn't be so odd if the postman actually delivered it at the building. No. They leave notifications that we have packages to pick up at the post office for anything that doesn't fit the mailbox and we have to go to the PO, sign the notification, get it compared to our ID, and then we get our packages.

The WTF is that the notification came in the name of my neighbour, she brought it to the PO, signed it, and got delivered two packages (including yours) that were meant for me. We have totally different names. The PO actually gave someone else's mail (mine) to my neighbour, which, if you think about it, means they were involved in a criminal act.

They've also failed to notify me of three packages I had waiting for me at the PO, which meant they were returned to the sender. And they have given me the wrong packages (though, fortunately, they were actually for me too) in two occasions. As I said before, each package that doesn't fit the mailbox should come with a notification you have to sign to pick them up at the PO, and each notification should correspond to a package, so I can't understand how they give me something from Sweden when the notification corresponds to a package from Portugal (or a package from Australia when the notification said USA).

Anyways, this turned out to be a long rant. Sorry!
