According to the list of taken titles I have that might be (if the book is from BallySwapper) from HBG (which I doubt) or BJF. They didn't check for duplicates.

No Rebecca you go ahead and BC register it if you want to - I can't remember if it's registered or not and if it is there would be a BCID inside.
