Hey everyone! We are buying a house! :bananadance: I love it, and it is a place where we want to be for a long long time (read: 30 yr mortgage!). We close this Wednesday (in 2 days!) and move in that same day. It is a gorgeous old house in a very family friendly and walkable community. It is also only about 2 blocks from the library!

I've updated my address on rabck.com. My new zip is 43214, so if you don't have that address, you have an old one - good lord, people must have a jillion addresses for me between living in Canada and Columbus, having stuff sent to me at my sister's place in PA, my parents in Cincinnati, or my in-laws in Sunbury!!

Moving has provided me an excellent opportunity to really pare down my bookshelves and book piles! It feels much more manageable now!

I may be ready for some serious swapping soon! :whistle: :pirate:

Yeah! Moving at a great time. When the baby comes you won't feel like doing anything but taking care of her/him. :)

We are actually just moving about a mile away, in the same neighborhood in Columbus. We love it here!

Sounds great! I'll actually have a big enough place to have it now! Maybe y'all can help me pass the time as I am waiting for this little one to come out!

Actually I have always been hopeful that I might meet you someday if you stayed in columbus as I enjoy doing family geneology and my mother's side of the family is from that area. I am hoping to someday take a trip to Columbus to fish out more records at the town hall and see what has become of areas relatives used to live at back in the days.

I'm glad you found something you really like. Columbus has a lot of really nice neighborhoods. You'll have a very exciting next few months!

Well, we are totally in the new house now! It is great! I am busy finding new homes for everything. Hopefully this place will look fantastic by next Sunday when we are having a party for Jay's work team. I'll post photos soon. I promise! (And I'll include ones of my belly as well!) ;)
