karendawn - December 2, 2007 12:25 AM (GMT)
I'm going to be traveling right at that time and am not sure about my computer access, so to be safe, it looks like I'll have to skip swapping this month. :(

elsi - December 2, 2007 01:31 AM (GMT)
Oh sure. I'll play. by the 15th, I'll be settling into my Christmas vacation. Goodness knows I have plenty of books!

I was wondering if I could be last. I am going to Kentucky that weekend to see my friend graduate from nursing school and I do not want to hold anyone up.

sure thing! You might just want to send your reveal to me before you go, just in case! :)

Xeyra - December 2, 2007 11:22 AM (GMT)
Me, me, me!

shaunesay - December 4, 2007 04:59 PM (GMT)
:bump:

you know with all the Christmas themed romances and mysteries, I did consider a holiday type theme for this one... for about 2 seconds... ya know, they just really don't do much with that holiday theme in SFF! Guess when you're dealing with alternate realities, they just don't stress the holidays as much, hard to coordinate so many different planes of existence and species, you know? Can you imagine catering an event like that?!

rebeccaljames - December 8, 2007 12:46 AM (GMT)
I'm going to be taking my laptop with me so therefore I can be randomized with everyone else now.

Yeah, you can occasionally find holiday stuff in the Urban Fantasy sub-genre, but not much elsewhere!

Although... if we didn't limit it to OUR holidays and just had to have them celebrating A holiday in the books... we could as part of our reveal let people know what holiday... we'd get all sorts of new/crazy ones! :giggle:

That's ok, I'm not anti-banana, that's Pepper! :giggle:

I like the bananas! ;) But they make Pepper a-feared!

Pepper will appreciate your lack of bananas on Monday when she checks in at lunch and can't ad-block them.

Hi Shaunie,

I'm going to have to sit this one out :(

It's crazy at the restaurant this month and I never know what time I'll be home

I think I'll just keep popping in to say hi, though.

hugs,
Lemmy

I'm sorry Lemmy, Christmas season is the worst, isn't it?

Hang in there!

DragonGoddess - December 14, 2007 07:04 PM (GMT)

shaunesay - December 14, 2007 07:55 PM (GMT)
yep, official start is tomorrow, I'll probably post our list sometime tonight, but I won't be home until later this evening anyway. The work Christmas party is tonight.
