I just noticed this....

ABC isn't exacly giving it the best chances putting it on Friday nights at 9, but I'm curious and might check it out.

Anyone else interested?

They would probably make good movies, if done right. Is this a movie based on all the books or a series?

I've only read the 1st & 4th but they are quick-moving and would be entertaining.

supposed to be a series....and it comes on right before Men in Trees so alas it must be tivoed, cause I'll be at the highschool football games.

I've not read #6 yet, but I'll be checking out the series I'm sure. There was a movie made from the first book and it was pretty good. (could be that this is the basis of the series. It was a made for TV movie)

I doubt it will ever get shown here so I am interested to hear what it is like!

I have read all the women's murder club books and I quite enjoyed them too. I find it amusing that they are putting it on TV though!

Doesn't ABC do the show Bones and that's based off Kathy Reich's Temperance character.

Fox does Bones.

As someone else said Fox does Bones and the new season starts tonight. It's one of my favorite shows!

I just watched this (love my DVR)... disappointed, I don't think this will last long... disjointed and just bad.

I was excited to see they were doing this too... and I DVR'd it. I have watched 1/2 of the episode so far... and was hoping it would pick up speed ...

I really disliked the main character actress too. She may be a pretty accurate description of Lindsay, but I found her completely unlikable, and I like Lindsay in the book.

I wasn't trying to compare it to the characters in the books. Just enjoyed it. :shrug: Although the actor playing Jill is not to my liking. It's that boy hairdo. :yuck:

Ok, I finally struggled through the first episode. I had to stop half way through because I was slowly being annoyed to death. During the second half, I figured out what was bugging me. It was the cheesy (no offense intended Miss C. Giraffe ;) ) music! Good grief! I've DVRed the rest of them, but have no idea if I'll even watch. And I was really looking forward to this series.
