Sacred Games by Vikram Chandra
Falling Man by Don DeLillo
Then We Came to the End by Joshua Ferris
In the Woods by Tana French
A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini

So what have you read and recommend? Would anyone be interested in doing a ring/ray for any/all of them?

I've read No Belongs Here More Than You by Miranda July and I really enjoyed it. Some of the stories are a little 'out there' and I can imagine they'd make some people uncomfortable.

I've read
A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini

LOVED it! I'm considering buying another copy and doing a ring with it for BOers only because I know several of you want to read it... not sure how much interest there is though... I'll have to post about that later. Meetings ALL freaking day today.

I've had A Thousand Splendid Suns on my wishlist for a while.

I knew that one would be on people's wishlist and I too only meant doing it with BOers. Just want to see what I've been missing!

I've only even heard of one of them (A Thousand Splendid Suns) but only because it's been mentioned here. My reading tastes are usually quite different than the books on these types of list. *shrug*

I haven't read any of them. But I am interested in A Thousand Splendid Suns

Same here. These lists don't generally include the kind of books I would choose for myself.
