I've just finished Killing Spree by Kevin OBrien and Year of Wonders by Geraldine Brookes..What should I go for next that will complement or contrast with my most recent reads??

( Not done one of these before so hope it works!!)

I haven't read any of these but chose The Chocolate Lovers Club because it sounds yummy!

I've read The Cinderella Rules by Donna Kaufmann, The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver , and The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove By Chris Moore.

I voted on The Bean Trees to compliment what you have been reading. :grin:

I voted for the Jane Adams book because I love this author! Her books always have a supernatural twist to them and she always comes up with a great mystery!

I wish her books were easier to find and cheaper!

Those are the same three that I've read! :lol: I also voted for Bean Trees because I loved it so!

Bean Trees was awesome! I just finished (like 10 minutes ago) the sequel - Pigs in Heaven - also a very awesome read!

I think I'll go for contrasting reads...

I voted for A Song for Summer because I keep running into loving reviews of Eva Ibbotson's books lately and would love to hear the opinions of someone I know. Some of these may need to sneak into my TBR pile sometime.

Second choice is The Cinderella Rules 'cos it's in my TBR too!

I've voted for Cinderella Rules, just because there seems to be a buzz around this book.

I think I've only read The Bean Trees. Checked my JE for it and I wasn't really thrilled with it. Gave it a 7 out of 10

I didn't like the Cinderella Rules much.
