When they did that server thing (not technically minded) everything on BC.com was so fast. However lately everything is so slow! Even slower than before they did the server thingy...
Is it just me or is everyone else waiting for everything to load?

Any particular thing you're trying to do ? I just changed my profile pic and searched my books to make a journal entry, and it was all fine for me.

I had a really hard time registering a book yesterday - it timed out twice with errors before it worked.

Everything and anything....
There are moments when it is super fast like I am used to but now it is taking 4 minutes to register a book...and on Sunday the pages just wouldn't load when I was searching books.

It seems to come and go. There are times when it is fine and times when it as slow as can be. Yesterday it took me over 30 minutes to register and release half a dozen books. Not sure if it has something to do with the beta site or not. They have been making a lot of little changes.

Yeah...it seems to be random...
I just timed out and got an error message...so I went 'back' and hit submit again and it registered the book straight away!

I'm trying to make some controlled release notes and I'm getting pissed. :angry:
First, the system won't "keep" my new controlled release location (I have to keep re-entering it) and now when I hit "Submit release notes" it doesn't take and I get kicked over to the page to make a release note by entering the BCID. Grrrrrrrr. :angry:

It did that too me on a wild release I did earlier. I just hit the back button and all my info was still there so I hit the submit button again and it worked.

I'm trying to journal at the minute but it won't let me - I can put the commetn in but when I press save the page comes up saying the URL is wrong!!

This happened to me this morning. In the end I went 'back' and copied my entry and then went 'back' again and re-entered the BCID. Then I made my journal entry and it accepted it straight away.
It is weird that all these problems are new problems. I haven't had these strange things happen to me before on BC.Com. So maybe they are messing around with stuff and have messed up the code?
