Ohh my god! I just read on my Aussie BC Group that a Convention will be taking place in San Fran (my fave place) in July/Aug next year.
I will totally be in the vicinity for this convention and am so excited at the thought of being able to meet some of my mates from here :D We are visiting the family in Maryland but will also be in Cali (taking Kiara to Disneyland etc). But I could totally swing it and add San Fran to the itinerary. This would be my first Convention!
How many days do they usually go for and what happens?

Just spoke to my hubby the other night. I don't think we can do both LV and SF so SF seems to be a better choice. However, my various friends are talking about going to Tibet and Europe for next summer so we will have to see how it pans out. If I can release a book in Putala I would hop at the chance!

I can probably swing a weekend in SFO. Particularly if it is late in the summer since I also plan on going to the convention in the UK
