Title: What Book Should I read after HP7?

candieb - July 20, 2007 05:37 PM (GMT)
So, what should I read???

EDIT: Angels & Demons won round 1 and I'm reading it now, so we're on to what I should read next :) Weaveworld is for my book club on 8/12, but I don't wanna read it too early.

I've read three of those choices so I basically chose between those three... Angels and Demons, The Last Time They Met and Strange Fits of Passion.

I liked both of the Shreve books, but liked SFoP better. I know a lot of people that didn't like TLTTM, but I enjoyed it...maybe because I had read The Weight of Water beforehand.

Ok, so were is the option to then read HP1, HP2, HP3, HP4, HP5, HP6, and HP7 again? :giggle:

Sadly... that's my plan

I can't answer this until I know how HP7 turns out. I usually like to say go with a change of pace -- but we don't know what that is yet!

I'm glad to hear that actually. It's my book club's 8/12 read. I'm really afraid that it's going to take me forever to get through it. I might put that one off for another week if you liked it. Se seem to like similar books :)

All of those are sitting in the section of my bookcases that are from other BCers or I've just had for forever.

I voted for The Last Time They Met as that's the only one from your list I have read.

Angels & Demons!!! I couldn't put that book down for anything!

I voted A&D just because it is a page-turner that will keep you interested after the rollercoaster of finishing HP

I voted for the last time they met. It was hard for me to get into, but once I did I enjoyed it.
