Hey Sand,
Could we try to make a section for relays and try to do them the old fashioned way for now?
This was all before my time so I'm not exactly sure how they worked before, but I know that there are a number of people who really want to play relay-style

That was before my time as well, but I'm okay with attempting something if someone can help work out the "how-to"

We could do how it was originally, before CR created the actual bookrelay site. It was easy, we just called it a "pay it forward" game back then.
For example, I have BOOK A to offer. The next person comes along and says Hey! I want that book! I'll take BOOK A and I will offer BOOK B.
It's just like relay, just not automated. Just do it through posts. Here's a link to the some of the old posts from when we were playing in the BC forums.

the good news is that it looks like it would be fairly easy to set up :)

and then one thread per relay (thematic or otherwise)?
