I've read the first 3, and
especially with 1 and 2, she got a weensy bit better with #3, you need to read them in order.
Book 2 picks up right where #1 left off, so since I hadn't read them one right after the other, I'm glad I still had #1 on hand to refer back to... because she doesn't even give you a refresher on who's who character-wise.
Now, saying that, I remember that book 3 wasn't quite that bad... you'd still have wanted to read the others first, but she didn't leave you hanging with names as much and stuff.
And I can't tell you for sure how good or badly #4 fits that mold because I didn't read that one yet.
*phew* now that that part's out of the way... the first book wasn't that great. If I hadn't heard that they get better I may not have continued the series. So it's kind of sad to say it, but you have to read #1 even though it's not that great, but don't let it turn you off from the rest of the series...
Did I confuse ya yet? :wacko: Or did all that make some kind of weird sense?? :P
