Ok, I know some of you know Mary (from Titletrader and Bookmooch). She is a dear friend of mine ever since I first joined Titletrader, about two years ago.
She is continuously doing me mbags for books that I request or mooch from her, as she has quite a few all the time on offer for me.

Mary just sent me an email that she will continue to send me mbags AND she offered to be my sole mbag organizer if I so choose so, it is quite ok with her, as she understands how difficult shipping from the US will be from now on.

As you all know, Rosie has been organizing my mbags for quite a while now, and she is the greatest, sweetest and loveliest friend around on Bookobsessed :wub: :wub: :wub:
We had to stop, however, organizing mbags with her due to the new shipping rates.

So I was thinking that, since the books I am getting from Bookobsessed are not that many (compared to what I'm getting at Bookmooch, for example), it would make no sense to keep having two mbags (one from Mary and one from Rosie), because Rosie's bag would fill up quite slowly due to the above.
Thus I think it made sense if I accepted Mary's offer of being the US point of contact for my mbags. Plus I could control the mbag organizer getting the $2 for the books, because people sending me books would have to contact me for Mary's address anyway, so I will have the opportunity to let the people know to add the cash with the books.

So to cut a long story short, if you have books to send me in the future and prefer mbags vs sending me directly, please contact me with the book name and please let me know that you will enclose $2 per book, and, of course to get the address to send the book(s) to.

Yayy, I'm so happy, I will still get mbags in the future. I am sorry though that Rosie is no longer my point of contact for my Bookbosessed books, I quite had fun working out all this with her, but technically I think it's just not practical anymore having two mbags :huh: :wub: :wub: :wub:
