Title: Repairman Jack novels by F. Paul Wilson
Description: question about reading order?

I found Gateways in my pile of books and it looks like a good read, so I went to Fantastic Fiction to check out the series. I am confused on what order these books should be read in. (I am of course anal about reading series books in order).

This is a list of Repairman Jack books --
Repairman Jack
1. Legacies (1998) (writing as Colin Andrews)
2. Conspiracies (1999)
3. All the Rage (2000)
4. Hosts (2001)
5. The Haunted Air (2002)
6. Gateways (2003)
7. Crisscross (2004)
8. Infernal (2005)
9. The Last Rakosh (2005)
10. Harbingers (2006)
11. Bloodline (2007)

But I also see this and am not sure how it fits in the series--

Repairman Jack : Adversary
1. The Keep (1981)
2. The Tomb (1984)
3. The Touch (1986)
4. Reborn (1990)
5. Reprisal (1991)
6. Nightworld (1992)

Has anyone read this series or any books from it. Any suggestions?

TIA

I've never heard of the series. Fantastic Fiction is wrong sometimes. Does the author have a website you can check with?

Thanks Cheesy. It seems that this 'series' is almost 'Pratchettesq' in that a lot of the books cross reference each other. So obviously with my anal need to do things in order I am going to have to start at the beginning. lol

Hi Wendy ~

The Repairman Jack paperbacks have been catching my eye at the grocery store check out the last five years or so ... but so far my TBR is too out of control for them to have made it onto the list.

You're welcome. I noticed the Pratchettesqness too.
Now I'm going to add them to my wish list. Thanks a lot! :bash: :whip:
