I saw last night on one of the entertainment news shows that Lipstick Jungle by Candace Bushnell is going to be released as a movie. I didn't hear any other details except that Brooke Shields is going to be in it.

It's actually going to be a TV show on NBC. I've never read it, won't be reading it, and doubt I'll watch it, but here's the info from IMDB.

Also to anyone that wants to read it, I believe the hardback copy is one of the Bargain Books at Borders Express for 5.99 or so. I've seen it at more than one BE so I'm thinking that it'll be on the bargain rack at all the stores.
