This morning I was accepted for EMT Basic training starting in July!!!! As some of you already know, I already had EMT training in Canada before I moved to Colorado - not recognized here - so I'm starting over again. The important thing is that I AM BACK ON TRACK to fulfill my dream!! :bananadance: :bananadance: :bananadance:

:lol: Thanks everyone! I'm just SO happy tonight!! We just got back from a celebratory dinner at Carraba's - I even had a couple of glasses of wine! :ph34r: The course runs July 5 - December 5 and there is HUGE demand here in Denver Metro area so I should have no problems jumping right into a job afterwards. I'm taking the training right at one of our major hospitals Exempla Lutheran which makes me very happy too as they are a top notch medical facility. Oh, I probably won't sleep tonight!!! :lol:

Sunlight, an EMT is an Emergency Medical Technician - a paramedic. You poor kid, sunlight - when you have a medical emergency in England, who do they send? Chimps? (You know I'm just teasin' ya; havin' fun at your expense!)
